While Birthdays are a dime a dozen and some people don’t deserve to be celebrated at all, the birth of a superior American I.P.A. needs to be celebrated at least every other day. Today we review Hoppy Birthday from Alpine Beer Company. If our tasting panel agrees, then maybe the name should be changed to Hoppy Beer Day, which happens to fall on today, and tomorrow and the day after that.
