Ending Comments

To answer the opening question, for the typical I.P.A. lover, a cool, crisp, perfect balance of lightly toasted malts, fruity notes and a bitter back end. This beer ranks high on all of the above. Jai Alai has quite a nice consistency from start to finish.

Pairing:

I would probably eat a Rib-eye Steak or a nice bratwurst with this smooth but bitter I.P.A.
